Not for sure it's a block cap but i've definitely blocked more than 110 players and my blocked list seems to only show the oldest blocked, not any of the recently blocked.

Maybe she just wanted to play more causualy, not invest herself in frequent conversations inside the game. I found restarting the battlenet client fixed the issues, i think it has something to do with the servers atm, however it’ll still say in game (ie wow) that there are no friends or you have 0 friend online.

Go To Battle.net Desktop Application Click On The Friends List In The Upper Right Hand Corner Make Sure Favorites And Friends Lists Are Maximized To Make Sure That Your Account Cache Is Uploading Properly, Reset Your Password To Clear Corrupted Files From Your Computer's Cache, Delete Your Battle.net Cache And Files

I find disturbing that you are concidering an option of accidently deleting a friend from list and not remembering it after (in this context) :d.
